Bears Idle This Weekend, but Awards Spotlight Standout Players

The Muskoka Bears Jr. C Hockey Club may not have any games on the schedule this weekend, but there is still plenty to celebrate as two Bears forwards receive major recognition for their standout performances.

The Bears are proud to announce that forward Wil Muszynski has been selected as the team’s representative for the North Conference All-Star Game, set for January 11 in Mount Forest.

Muszynski has been a key contributor for the Bears this season, recording 23 points while showcasing excellent on-ice vision, a quick and dangerous shot, and strong leadership both on and off the ice. His consistent play has made him one of the team’s most reliable offensive threats.

In addition, the Provincial Junior Hockey League (PJHL) has named Bears forward Sam Litt the North Carruthers Division Player of the Month for December.

Litt was dominant throughout the month, posting three goals and five assists in four games, proving to be a difference-maker every time he stepped onto the ice.

While the Bears take a break from game action this weekend, the individual achievements of Muszynski and Litt highlight the talent and hard work within the organization as the season continues.
