The Town of Bracebridge has launched new online permit and service request forms giving residents, property owners, businesses and organizations the ability to submit public works related permit applications and service requests online.
The digital permit application and customer request process greatly enhances the customer experience, allowing users to submit requests 24/7.
Permit Applications
Residents, property owners, businesses and organizations can submit applications online for the following Public Works permits:
- Driveway entrance;
- McVittie Island docking;
- Oversize/overweight loads;
- Roadway occupancy;
- Silver Bridge banner requests; and
- Site alterations.
Permits are also available in alternative formats upon request by contacting the Public Works Department at [email protected] or 705-645-5264 ext. 3650.
Service Request
The Public Works service request form gives residents and visitors the ability to make service requests online including road, sidewalk, park and trail maintenance, facility items, transit issues and more. The online form allows individuals to submit their inquiry, compliments, or complaints 24/7.
The Town of Bracebridge’s Public Works department issues more than 125 permits and receives over 5,000 service requests per year. The addition of online permit and service request forms enhances internal processes; improves efficiency, communication and file management; and aligns with Council’s priority of strengthening communications and advancing municipal modernization.
