On Saturday, November 9, the Town of Bracebridge recognized and celebrated community members for their contributions at the Community Recognition Awards in the Muskoka Leon’s Auditorium at the Muskoka Lumber Community Centre. The program recognizes residents for their valuable contributions to the community in two categories: Community Service Awards and Community Sport Awards.

This year saw the return of the program since it was paused in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Nominations were made by friends, family, colleagues etc. or by self-nomination to recognize achievements that have taken place since 2020.
