Castle Peak Retirement Residence in Bracebridge continues to thrive as they move forward with a new development of bungalow townhomes with single attached garages, patios and maintenance-free landscaping.
Castle Peak recently made the announcement of the new additions, which will be built next to the existing Castle Peak location on Douglas Drive.
“The new townhouses are geared towards independent seniors in the community, offering access to meals and events at Castle Peak,” says General Manager Shelley Grenier.
Grenier says she expects work to commence on the new expansion this fall with completion scheduled for 2024.
The expansion comes on the heels of an extended period of success for Castle Peak.
