- Huntsville: 295 (40 active including one in hospital, 247 resolved, four deceased)
- Lake of Bays: 44 (two active, 41 resolved, one deceased)
- Muskoka Lakes: 146 (nine active, 136 resolved, one deceased)
- Bracebridge: 211 (21 active, 187 resolved, one deceased)
- Gravenhurst: 147 (15 active, 127 resolved, one deceased)
- Georgian Bay: 78 (22 active, 56 resolved)
Recent school outbreaks in Muskoka (total number of cases)
- Irwin Memorial, Dwight – declared Dec. 15, 2021; five cases as of Dec. 23
- Monsignor Michael O’Leary, Bracebridge – declared over Dec. 16, 2021; three cases total
- Spruce Glen Public School, Huntsville – declared over Dec. 10, 2021; 25 cases total
- VK Greer Public School, Port Sydney – declared over Dec. 3, 2021; 13 cases total

Muskoka residents age 12 and older*
- First dose: 51,486 (85.6 per cent)
- Second dose: 49,828 (82.9 per cent)
