- Gravenhurst: 134 (nine active, 124 resolved, one deceased)

Recent school outbreaks in Muskoka (total number of cases)
- Monsignor Michael O’Leary, Bracebridge – declared Dec. 3, 2021; three cases as of Dec. 15

- VK Greer Public School, Port Sydney – declared over Dec. 3, 2021; 13 cases total
