For the two-week period ending March 23, there were 16 deaths in Simcoe Muskoka:

- Gender: 10 male, six female
- Vaccination status: two unvaccinated, one with one dose, five with two doses, and eight with three doses
- Four were associated with institutional outbreaks
There have been 441 COVID-19 deaths to date in Simcoe Muskoka.
