The Gravenhurst Fire Department was kept busy on a very chilly Jan. 14 evening after a house fire in Kilworthy.
Just after 8:00 pm the Department reported the fire was under control, without any injuries reported. The cause has not yet been revealed.
Via the Gravengyurst Fire Twitter account just after 9 pm: “Early detection by the building occupant and a quick knock down by crews prevented this fire from spreading beyond the room of the origin. Great work by all on this frigid evening. All units are clearing”
