This calendar is reserved for non-commercial local community events. What does that mean? Your event must be free or of nominal cost, available to anyone (although adult-only events are fine), and not for profit. (We do make exceptions for artists showing their work who would profit from any sales made and musicians hosting small-scale concerts). Not sure if your event fits? Drop us a line at [email protected] to check, or go ahead and submit anyhow – submissions are moderated and we will approve yours if it fits our criteria. Thanks for helping make Muskoka a vibrant community!
ALL WELCOME to Blessing of the Animals at St. James Anglican Church in Gravenhurst on Sunday, October 6th at 3:00 p.m.
If your pet cannot attend, please bring a photo for blessing. This is also a time that we remember our pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Bring a photo of your beloved companion who is no longer with us. (You may bring an urn also if you wish).
You need not have a pet to attend! Many come to enjoy the interaction of the animals and go away smiling.
Refreshments, prizes and social time afterward for people and pets.
This is a FREE Community Event. If you wish to help animals in need, we are accepting donations of items or cash on behalf of the OSPCA Muskoka, and pet food on behalf of Gravenhurst Food Bank.

Anyone that thinks the majority of the people that are served by MAHC support their plan has his head stuck…
