This calendar is reserved for non-commercial local community events. What does that mean? Your event must be free or of nominal cost, available to anyone (although adult-only events are fine), and not for profit. (We do make exceptions for artists showing their work who would profit from any sales made and musicians hosting small-scale concerts). Not sure if your event fits? Drop us a line at [email protected] to check, or go ahead and submit anyhow – submissions are moderated and we will approve yours if it fits our criteria. Thanks for helping make Muskoka a vibrant community!
Spring is just around the corner and the Gravenhurst Bifocals Concert Band will be presenting their “Joyful Music Through the Ages” concert on Sunday, May 5. We’ll play music ranging from Bizet to Bach, Bon Jovi to Beethoven, Paul Simon to Queen and many more. We hope you’ll plan to join us at the Gravenhurst Trinity United Church at 2pm on May 5 for our exciting celebration of music on this special Sunday afternoon.
Suggested donation is $20 (children 12 and under are free). Admission is payable at the door (cash only) or concert passes can be purchased from a Bifocals Concert Band member.
