Fireside chats help residents get a better understanding of their health and meet local physicians

Paula Paunic, Education Coordinator for Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare’s Huntsville and Bracebridge physicians group, is inviting community members to access the free lectures offered by doctors in our community.

The lectures are free of charge and aim to provide a proactive approach to health through education because “knowledge is power,” notes Paunic.

Six fireside chats are scheduled, four at the Active Living Centre in Huntsville and two at the Bracebridge Library.

All lectures are one hour and take place from 7 to 8 p.m. in Huntsville, and 6 to 7 p.m. in Bracebridge. Attendees will be given an opportunity to ask questions. Again, while the lectures are free, attendees are asked to sign up. You can sign up for the Huntsville lectures HERE and for the Bracebridge lectures HERE.

Below is a list of the lectures being scheduled in both Bracebridge and Huntsville. Residents are welcome to attend all or any of the lectures, but they are asked to sign up in advance.
