From Food4Kids Muskoka:
Food4Kids Muskoka is proud to announce its 2nd Annual Breakfast Gala, taking place on Tuesday, November 12, at 7:30 a.m. at Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville.
This year’s Breakfast Gala is generously supported by Title Sponsors: Devonleigh Homes and TD Bank Group. Additionally, ReMax Professionals North, Muskoka Lumber, and the Midloch Foundation have joined as Event Sponsors, reflecting the community’s strong commitment to addressing the issues of food insecurity facing children in Muskoka.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from keynote speaker Marc Lafleur, an inspiring entrepreneur with lived experience of growing up in poverty, who will motivate and encourage guests to engage in impactful giving to benefit kids who live in Muskoka, ensuring they receive the food they need to grow, learn and thrive, as kids should!
Sarah Thatcher, Executive Director of Food4Kids Muskoka, expressed her gratitude to the Muskoka community for their continued support:
“The “Weekends Without Hunger” Breakfast Gala is more than a fundraiser; it is a chance to gather together with incredible business leaders, entrepreneurs, youth and community members from all walks of life to celebrate generosity and inspire community engagement. With the incredible support of our sponsors and the dedication of all of those who enjoy Muskoka, we’re working towards a future where every child has the food they need to grow, learn and play. We’re incredibly grateful for the generous support we receive year after year, which makes it possible for us to continue to expand our program across Muskoka.”
Tickets are SOLD OUT and 500 guests are looking forward to enjoying an incredible morning with delicious breakfast, inspiring messages from speakers and a live auction with amazing prizes! All proceeds from the event will directly support Food4Kids Muskoka’s “Weekends Without Hunger”.
