If you like vintage vehicles, you’re going to love what south Muskoka has in store this weekend.

Billed as “Face-to-Face, Bumper-to-Bumper”, the 29th annual Gravenhurst Car Show will take place today – Saturday, June 18.

The event is a one day car show that typically draws hundreds of classic cars from across the decades – with some dating back more than a century.

The event is usually well attended with thousands of guests coming to view the vehicles, although for the past two years the event has been held virtually due to pandemic restrictions.

The event runs from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and admission is by donation. The Car Show is put together by the Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce with major sponsorship by Canadian Tire Gravenhurst and Wayne’s Tire Discounters.

Then on Father’s Day the action moves to downtown Bracebridge.

Over 150 special interest vehicles, live music and great food will be spread along Manitoba Street from 9 am to 4 pm. $10 fee for car show participants. Free for visitors.
