After a warm and eventful summer, the Town of Gravenhurst must prepare for the colder temperatures and close some of the features in local parks.
Beginning next week, staff will remove swim buoys and close public washrooms for the winter.
Swim buoys will be removed beginning Tuesday, Oct. 14.
Public washrooms will be closed for the winter season starting Tuesday, Oct .14. Exceptions include the following locations:
- Lions Pavilion (Muskoka Wharf) – Closed Nov. 1
- Gull Lake Rotary Park – Closed Nov. 1
- Wharf Sports Field – Open
