A Gravenhurst man will serve an intermittent jail sentence after pleading guilty in a Bracebridge courtroom recently.
Trevor McIvor, 53, pled guilty to driving with more than 80 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of blood in his system.
Court heard that Bracebridge OPP responded to a crash in Muskoka Lakes Township at 8:45 a.m. on May 22. The vehicle left the roadway, prompting an investigation.
McIvor was confirmed to be the driver and samples of his breath turned up readings of 130 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of blood.
Court heard McIvor has a previous criminal record for impaired driving.
He was sentenced to 45 days in jail to be served intermittently and a three-year driving ban.
