These are boom times for cannabis consumers in the Gravenhurst area, as the town has welcomed two new shops in as many weeks.
Last Friday, Town officials paid a visit to Wake Cannabis on Muskoka Road South for its grand opening, and today the Town of Gravenhurst announced an upcoming ribbon-cutting for Miss Jones Cannabis Outpost on Sharpe Street.
“Right in the heart of downtown Gravenhurst, this location is the perfect stop on the way to cottage country. Miss Jones is your cannabis confidant,” reads the announcement for Miss Jones upcoming opening. “Their outpost exists to give you carefully curated cannabis products & experiences, in addition to providing any answers and advice you may be looking for.”
The Miss Jones ribbon-cutting is set for next Tuesday, Oct. 12.
Wake Cannabis bills itself as a locally-owned Muskoka cannabis retailer that aims to provide the relaxing feeling of sitting on the lake and enjoying the nice summer air.
“We strive to provide a pleasant, knowledgeable space to shop for cannabis while celebrating what makes Muskoka great,” reads the Wake website.
