Did you know that according to the 2016 census, 28.8 per cent of families with children in Muskoka were lone-parent families? Of those, 75 per cent (1,870 families) were female-led and 25 per cent (610 families) were male-led?
Statistics Canada’s next expected release covering 2021 census data for families, households, marital status as well as income, is expected in July.
