Get ready to turn up the heat with some hot latin beats! The Huntsville Theatre Company (HTC) announces the next event in their ‘What’s on Tap’ series, Fiesta Latina.
Join us for an unforgettable fiesta en el barrio with great music from DJ Ivan from La Nueva Movida Latina, delicious food from El Pueblito, and door prizes to be won. There will even be a dance instructor, ready to teach you some salsa, merengue, and bachata moves so you can burn up the dance floor all night long!
Producer Veronica Leonard says this is an amazing opportunity to showcase and celebrate Latinx culture.
“Did you know that Latin America includes over 20 countries? While there is no universal Latin American experience, Fiesta Latina aims to celebrate the rich history and diversity of Latin American people through music and food!”
Fiesta Latina takes place Saturday April 15th at Canvas Brewery (12 John Street) The event is 19+ and starts at 8:00 pm (with doors at 7:30 pm). Tickets are $25 or $15 for HTC members and can be purchased at https://www.huntsvilletheatre.org
