The Muskoka Bears skated to a 6-3 win over the Innisfil Spartans, fueled by a monster performance from Tyler Lasitz.
Lasitz erupted for five points on the night, including a hat trick, to lead the offensive charge as the Bears controlled the game on home ice. His scoring touch and playmaking ability proved too much for Innisfil to contain.
Sam Litt also had a strong showing, contributing three points in what was a tightly contested matchup early on before Muskoka pulled away.
(Score updates were delayed as the official game sheet was being finalized.)
The Bears are back in action Saturday night at home, hosting the Stayner Siskins with puck drop set for 7 p.m.
