Midnight stroll leads to several parties arrested for drugs

On Saturday June 11, 2022 just after 11:00 p.m. Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting local patrols when they located three parties on First Street in Gravenhurst. Police investigation revealed one of the parties had an outstanding warrant. As a result 36 year-old John-Paul O’HARA of Gravenhurst was arrested and charged with Possession of Schedule I (Cocaine) CDSA 4(1), Possession of a Schedule I (other) CDSA 4(1) and Possession of a Schedule III Substance CDSA 4(1)

A second involved person, 46 year-old Kyle BUKER of Gravenhurst was arrested and charged with Possession of Schedule I (Cocaine) CDSA 4(1), Possession of a Schedule I (opioid) CDSA 4(1), Possession of a Schedule III Substance CDSA 4(1) and Failure to Comply with Probation Order CC 733.1(1).

A third involved person, 44 year-old David KEETING of Gravenhurst was arrested and charged with Possession of Schedule I (Cocaine) CDSA 4(1), Possession of a Schedule I (other) CDSA 4(1) and Possession of a Schedule III Substance CDSA 4(1).

Each accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge, ONT on July 26, 2022 to answer to their charges.
