Muskoka’s three soccer clubs – MUFC, Huntsville Soccer Club, and Bracebridge Soccer Club – have some important dates to share with the community for September.
One is for rep development aged kids (U12 and under), one is for competitive rep teams (U13 and up), one is for adults, and one is a fall program for youth U12 and under.
See the following in order of dates to know . . .
Development Day on the Way!
Muskoka United Football Club (MUFC), the Huntsville Soccer Club, and Bracebridge Soccer Club are presenting their first united Development Day for youth soccer players throughout the region that are interested in the rep development program.

Those unable to make that date but who are still interested in playing rep soccer next year can let the club know by sending an email to: [email protected]
For girl players born in 2008 (they would be U12 next year) who cannot make the September 9 date, please contact Coach Chris Occhiuzzi at [email protected] to make arrangements to attend a practice.

Carlos Tournament
The third annual Carlos Burmeister Memorial Tournament is taking place on Sunday, September 10 at Conroy Park in Huntsville.
The tournament raises funds for the Team Carlos Foundation which raises funds to provide underprivileged youth with soccer balls both domestically and internationally.
This is done to honour Carlos’ belief that “every kid needs a soccer ball.”
Each of the first two editions of the tournament have had sold out registrations and this year the spaces are filling quickly (though there are a few more available).
There are a couple of changes to the event which includes playing on the artificial turf field rather than natural grass, a 7-on-7 format as opposed to 4-on-4, and the addition of referees for the matches.

Fall House League
The Huntsville Soccer Club is hosting an eight-week fall house league program at Conroy Park for kids born between 2008 and 2017.
The program runs weekly on Sundays from September 17 through November 12 from Noon to 2 p.m. with a break on Thanksgiving Weekend.
A little different than summer house league, this co-ed program has players separated by age groups for skills development and training before a weekly scrimmage.
