Multiple news sources, including Muskoka 411 locally and the the CBC, Global News and the Globe and Mail nationally are reporting that Muskoka Woods summer camp in Rosseau has been temporarily closed amid a covid outbreak.
The reports indicate that the move was made after several cases of covid-19 were reported at the camp.
on Sunday the camp sent a letter to parents that indicated there was a covid-19 outbreak at Muskoka Woods.
In response, they have cancelled the 5th week of camping and announced that they will be issuing full refunds to all campers.
Expect more information from the camp early in the week.
