The OPP are investigating the death of an individual involved in a train accident last week but have determined the death is not suspicious or criminal in nature.
Last Thursday evening just after 6 pm first responders were called to the train crossing on Anne Street in Bracebridge, where an individual had been struck by a train.
The accident closed the train crossings at Anne Street, Taylor Road, and Entrance Drive for several hours.
The OPP will not be releasing further information on the incident.
Inquiries to CN rail were directed back to the OPP.
