OPP search for missing Bracebridge woman

Members of the Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a report of a missing 29-year-old woman from the Town of Bracebridge.

On October 24, 2022 at 11:15 a.m., police received a report that 29 year old Sarah TASKER had not returned to her residence after attending an event in the Town of Bracebridge on October 22, 2022. Ms. TASKER was last seen leaving the event late in the evening and was believed to be heading to the Town of Gravenhurst.

Ms. TASKER is described as a white female, 5’1″ with a slender build and long, light brown hair.

Ms. TASKER is known to operate a silver Kia Rio hatchback bearing Ontario licence plate CVFM286.

Police are continuing their investigation into the whereabouts of Sarah TASKER and are asking for the public’s assistance. Anyone who has information on Ms. TASKER, or has seen the silver Kia Rio, is asked to contact Bracebridge OPP at (705) 645-2211, or 1-888-310-1122.

Two photographs of Ms. TASKER are attached to this release and one includes the vehicle she may be operating. A colour copy of the photo is available for electronic distribution by contacting Bracebridge OPP.
