The Three Fires International Film Festival (3FIFF) returns to Muskoka on October 23, 2025, with its most powerful lineup yet, featuring more than half of its programming from Indigenous filmmakers across Canada.
Hosted at The Chapel Gallery (15 King St, Bracebridge, ON) from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, this year’s edition features films from Wapikoni Mobile, presenting an inspiring collection of short films by Indigenous youth from communities across the country. The program also includes work from The Bawaadan Collective, a creative group of Indigenous filmmakers and musicians who merge traditional storytelling with contemporary expression to explore Indigenous futurism and collective imagination. Featured works include those from James Bay Cree, Haudenosaunee (Six Nations), and Anishinaabe filmmakers.
“This year’s lineup embodies the heart of Three Fires, creating space for Indigenous storytellers to share their vision and artistry,” says Melissa Pole, founder of both Pyralume and the Three Fires International Film Festival.
The full program is now live, and tickets can be purchased at filmfreeway.com/3FIFF/tickets.
General Admission: $25 | Student: $15 | Admission + Popcorn: $35 | Group (6): $110 | Filmmakers: Free
