Court heard on Jan 4, 2025 near midnight, police were called to a potential accident in a parking lot on Manitoba Street in Bracebridge.

When police arrived, they found a damaged vehicle stuck on a snowbank and Monk “reclining” in the car with an open bottle of white wine.
