“Property Purchased
Domolith Investments Ltd. and the Gravenhurst Board of Education concluded a transaction on Monday of this week, whereby Domolith has purchased the North Ward School property.
The sum involved was not specified but was substantial.
Five lots are involved in this purchase and represent approximately one acre of land. Two of the lots are on Muskoka Rd, one on Winewood and two on John.
Domolith plans call for the construction of between 16 and 18 Town House Units which are multiple family dwellings and have gained much popularity over the years.
The specific number of dwellings will be determined when Domolith’s Architects do a more thorough study of the property. The plans call for landscaping as part of the project.
The town House Units are to be built out of solid brick, will be for sale or rent.”
