Advice for dealing with extreme cold

As the Muskoka area experiences a period of extreme cold temperatures fluctuating with moderate temperatures as expected during the winter months, the Town of Bracebridge is reminding residents and visitors on how to stay warm and how to exercise caution during these times of cold weather.

Winter Weather Safety

Limit your exposure to extreme cold temperatures and be sure to check on vulnerable members of the community.

Download and register for the Voyent Alert app to receive location-based emergency notifications to your home phone, mobile device, or email, and have your 72-hour emergency kit prepared to support you and your family for at least three days.
