Bracebridge driver arrested after being found passed out at the pumps

On Sunday November 13, 2022 at 2:35 p.m. Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to attend a commercial area on Wellington Street in Bracebridge, ON when a member of the public pulled up to the gas station and noticed another motorist passed out at the wheel of their car.

Officers attended and subsequently arrested and charged 56 year-old Gavin Morrison of Bracebridge with Operation While Impaired-Over 80 CC 320.14(1)(b) and Operation While Prohibited CC 320.18(1)(a). He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on December 6, 2022 to answer to his charges.
