The Township of Muskoka Lakes is gearing up for another season of Hike the Lakes! Explore the trails across Muskoka Lakes this May for the chance to win 1 of 10 $100 gift certificates to a local business of choice.
“We are excited to once again be hosting the Hike the Lakes scavenger hunt this spring,” said Mayor Kelley. “Hike the Lakes encourages self-guided adventure right here in our own backyards. This May I encourage everyone to get out and explore a new trail or two in Muskoka Lakes!”
This self-guided scavenger hunt is happening at 10 locations across the township (8 Trails, as well as 1 in Downtown Port Carling, and 1 in Downtown Bala) and hikers will access the scavenger hunt via a QR code with a smart phone.
Each hidden sign has a QR Code to scan which provides entry to the contest, there is one sign per trail, and one entry per person, per trail. The more trails visited, the more chances to win!
Contest winners will be drawn at the end of contest and announced on social media.
