The holiday season is upon us, and with that, we have a few changes to hours at our municipal facilities.
Municipal Office
The Municipal Office will be closed December 22, 2023 – January 2, 2024. Please visit www.muskokalakes.ca, and fill out the Report a Concern Form for urgent matters.
Muskoka Lakes Public Library
The Muskoka Lakes Public Library will be closed on Boxing Day, however, will remain open Tuesday – Saturday through the rest of the holidays. Visit www.muskokalakes.ca/library to learn more about what’s happening at the Library.
Port Carling and Bala Arenas
Both arenas will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day with Holiday Public Skating taking place most days over the holidays from 1:00 – 2:20 pm. Please visit www.muskokalakes.ca to view the schedule.
Muskoka Lakes Fire Department
The Muskoka Lakes Fire Department will be closed to the public December 22, 2023 – January 2, 2024.
As always, in the event of an emergency, please call 9-1-1. Should an emergency situation occur, we will be communicating via Voyent Alert, residents are encouraged to download the app to stay up-to-date.
