Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person with impaired driving after responding to a collision in Muskoka Lakes Township.
On May 22, 2024, at 8:45 a.m. Bracebridge OPP officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle collision on Barlochan Road in Muskoka Lakes Township after a vehicle left the roadway. Officers arrived and began an investigation into the cause of the collision and arrested and charged 53-year-old Trevor MCIVOR of Gravenhurst, ON. He has been charged with Operation while Impaired CC 320.14(1)(d), Over 80 CC 320.14(1)(b), Possession of a Schedule I Substance- Cocaine CDSA 4(1) and Driving a Motor Vehicle with an Open Container of Liquor LLCA 42(1)(a).
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on June 18, 2024 to answer to his charges.
