The District of Muskoka has a new proposal on the books to construct 22 townhouse units in four buildings on Muskoka Beach Road in Gravenhurst.
The District issued notice of the application earlier this week.
The new units are proposed to be located on roughly 1 acre of land between Jones Road and Okwood Drive.
The project is also expected to contain one common element roadway, additional parking facilities and two stormwater management ponds, which will be serviced by municipal water and sewage systems.
Written submissions regarding the proposal from members of the public are welcome at any time throughout the planning process up until the date the decision is made.
