The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of a breach of his Statutory Release.
Edward HARROD is described as a Caucasian male, 29 years of age, 5′ 8″ (173cm), 182 lbs (83kgs), with brown hair and blue eyes. He has several tattoos;
- on his back- a Devils Head, Hearts, Knife, “Mom” & “Dad”
- left calf- Flaming Skull
- left forearm- “Hard Times Don’t Last” and “Hard People Do”
- right calf- Top Hat Skull
- right forearm- “Life”
Edward HARROD is serving a 2-year and 8-month sentence for:
- robbery
- theft under $5000
- flight from peace officer
- operation while prohibited
- assault with intent to resist arrest
- possession of a schedule 1 substance
The offender is known to frequent Barrie, Midland, and Collingwood.
