Interline Wholesale Hardware vs. Dean’s Home Hardware.
Dean’s Lori McCormack nailed a double play from 2nd base and a big pop fly to right field while Mary Grace Blair batted three for three.
Interline’s Steph B hit a beautiful triple and Shelly held it down behind the plate to help Interline edge out Dean’s in a very close game!
Wasauksing Wild vs. Rebelo Contracting
Naomi Taylor and Alex Kensit made some beauty infield plays with some running catches! Rebelos, Jacey N defended her side of the diamond with some laser outs to 1B. Patty Thomas held it down behind the plate for a neck and neck game that ended with Wasauksing pulling ahead for the win.
Griffin Pub vs. Personal Touch Property Management
Griffin’s Kenzie Thurston hit a beautiful triple! Joni Cross made a great cover and tag at home for a 3rd out! Steph Rogers made a clutch catch in centre field!
PTPM’s Carrie Long had some great plays on Third and Sue Montgomery’s glove was hot in centre field and she went 3 for 3 at the plate. It was not enough to take the win. Griffin Pub turned it up in the 5th, cashing in 4 runs to take the lead!
George Martin and Sons vs. Precision Roofing
Annie Dehaan had a beauty catch in left with her new shiney cleats! But the bats were too hot with GMS for Precision to keep up.
GMS took home the win.
Monday June 3rd Game
7pm Peake
Interline Wholesale Hardware vs. LaTour Contracting.
Great defensive plays by Latour with 2 double plays by Shelly Hendrycks & Steph Jutras & Maddy Peacock and Riley Degning and the first TRIPLE play this year by Maddy Peacock, Donna Hildebrand and Shelly Hendrycks!!
But it wasn’t enough to stop Interline who brought the big bats.
Cassidy hit a home run and Neile smacked out a nice double!
Special shout out to Interline’s real MVP Steph Card for rooting making a special appearance to root Interline to victory

Dean’s Homehardware vs. Griffin Pub
Taylor McManus had stellar at bats and in the field picking up two pop flies and making a great tag at 3B. Mary Grace Blair was a star at the plate and got the only run for Dean’s.
Great bats by Griffin’s Mady Peterkin and a few triples from Jenny Love put them on the score board quickly. Callie Cross played great defensively with Sue Augustine making some important outs. Dean’s were unfortunately no match for the arm of Danielle Hely who kept the bats quiet to help Griffin secure the win.
7pm Wharf
George Martin & Sons vs. Precision Roofing
Kim Flynn had a beautiful running catch in centre field for Precison. Ella Plested was hot on the bases tonight!
But great pitching by Nicole Dickinson and late heavy bats helped GMS edge out Precision for the W.
9pm Wharf
Rebelo Contracting vs. Personal Touch Property Managment
Steph Syvret made some big outs at 3B to stop scoring runs. Pick up player Naomi Taylor made a highlight worthy catch in RF for Rebelo.
Each inning was tight until PTPM was able to jump ahead 2 runs! Sue Montgomery had a hot glove in centre field and Megan Purkis hit a home run to help take the win from Rebelo.
Wednesday May 29th Games
7pm Games
LaTour Contracting vs. Griffin Pub
Shelly Hendrycks made some great catches at 1B and Daryin Dann held down LF with some solid defensive coverage and on point throws.
Griffins’ Paige Oliver had her first career hit in her first softball game!!! Kenzie Thurston had a solo double play at the plate and Joni Cross had some huge key hits to bring Griffin Pub to victory.
Personal Touch Property Management vs. Dean’s HomeHardware. Dean’s Steph Crarey led off with a double to bring in the first run. Abbey Hopper’s bats created scoring opportunities each appearance. Lee Bruckner held down left field with stellar defense. Though it was a tight game, PTPM put in the work! Jen Worster hit a triple. Alicia Dalkner and Megan Purkis were stealing bases including home to help PTPM take the win!
9pm Games
Rebelo Contracting vs. Interline Wholesale Hardware
The game was tight-every inning within 2 runs. Patty Thomas and Jacey Nelligan brought the big bats for Rebelo tonight. Hailey Everett was fire on the mound and speed on the bags! Interline’s Tait Strength got her very first hit and base and Steph B slammed a triple out of the gate to keep the runs rolling and help Interline squeak by in a reverted inning drop dead time rule late in the 7th inning. Solidifying the W for Interline.
Precision Roofing vs. Wasauksing Wild
Precisions’ Kim Flynn brought her A-game, while Lindsay Moore held down the active outfield. Wasauksing Wild brought the big sticks out to play and kept the bases busy! In the end The Wild came out on top for a big win.
Monday May 13th 7pm Peake
GAME 1
George Martin & Sons vs Personal Touch Property Managament.
For GMS great catches from Lisa Courtney on 3B and steller plays from Lori Reynolds on 1B. For PTPM Lisa McKenna hit a triple and Megan Purkis got all three outs in the 5th inning. But It was not enough to slow down GMS who took home the win!
Wasauksing Wild vs. Dean’s Home Hardware. it was a close game back and forth. Tight defense from the Wild but Deans bats came out to play. A beautiful running grab by Abbey Hopper at SS. Lori McCormack and Taylor McManus were hot at the plate with speed on the bags bringing in the insurance runs to solidify the win for Dean’s Home Hardware.
All 9pm games were too soggy! Rained out mid 3rd innings. To be rescheduled

What a season opener!!!
7pm George Martin and Sons vs Rebelo Contracting. Steph Syvret made a steller catch in left field and Tricia Deimert pitched a solid game battling through an injury!
George Martin and Sons came out swinging taking the win from Rebelo Contracting.
7pm Dean’s Home Hardware vs. Griffin Pub.
fell short to Griffin Pub. Lee Bruckner earned her team a sliding run! Mindy Stevenson bravely took the mound after a pitcher injury to carry her team to the end. Callie Cross from Griffin nailed her first dinger of the year, Dani Hely was throwing fire on the mound and Chelsea Babb was hot on the bat and bases in her MLSL debut game to help lead Griffin Pub to victory!
9pm Interline Wholesale Hardware vs. LaTour Contracting. Alex Kurkimaki hit a beautiful double and held it down behind the plate and Sharon DeJong made a great double play from 3rd to shut down LaTour and claim the W.
9pm Wasauksing vs Precision Roofing
Bree Plested from Precision had multiple amazing plays at short stop but it wasnt enough to hold off the hot bats of the new team to the league, Wasuksing who came out swinging with a big win!
