“The photo isn’t dated but I would guess it’s from the mid-1950s. On the left is Sgt. Reg Rowland, middle is my great-grandfather John Harrington who was the Bracebridge police chief from 1947-1965 and right is Sgt. Colan Cowan who became police chief after my great-grandfather’s retirement.”
