Alison Boyer described the photo as follows: “From left to right: Richard Everett, Alison Boyer, Rick Specht and Stuart “Dudley” Davis. It was at our teen hangout called The Place. Circa 1966. Our band was called The Muskeokie Granite Frailers Jugband.”
Bob Forde commented:
“I was there once about 1968. Going down the Manitoba Street hill, The Place was the last store front on the right. A bunch of us went to see the BTB4. Name change from the Big Town Boys. They had been a regular act at Hidden Valley for a long time by ’68”

I was only 10 when my brother Rick was in this band so I don’t remember being in the audience. All of you had a connection to my family so it was great to see how you became friends. Thank you Allison for sharing. Music was so important to so many teens in Bracebridge at that time. It has kept you all connected throughout the years.
