1.Holiday Train headed for Muskoka

In November we looked at the 2024 CPKC Holiday Train tour of Canada and the U.S. with stops in Muskoka, as they raised money, food and awareness to support food banks across.

2. Muskoka Conservancy adds five properties to its protected list

In June Muskoka Conservancy spoke about their unprecedented success. In the past 5-years, the local nature conservancy has protected an additional 2090 acres, and they announced another five properties for conservation.

3. Former WWII sub-hunter marks Canada Day in Muskoka

The historic World War II patrol bomber Canso (formerly known as RCAF 11094) stopped on a cross-country tour to land at the Muskoka Airport in Gravenhurst on July 1st.
