Youths Sought for Throwing Pizza at Bracebridge Restaurant Staff

The Bracebridge Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating several issues involving criminal youth behaviour.

Between Tuesday, January 27, 2026, and February 2, 2026, Bracebridge OPP officers responded to several calls for service from employees at local quick service restaurants (QSR) who have reported being victimized by youths and/or young adults. The young people were harassing employees at drive-thru windows and in person, in an attempt to obtain free food and have further accessed employee areas to take selfies and create issues with the staff. Further behaviour reported by the team included a group of young adults who had attended a QSR location and threw pizza at the staff and engaged in further disturbing behaviour.

The suspects are described as being older teens and young adults, often driving an older silver Volkswagen car, a black Honda Civic and a white Lincoln SUV.

This behaviour is criminal in nature and there are significant consequences for this type of conduct. Police are asking for anyone with information to call Bracebridge OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
