Port Carling woman charged with impaired

On Thursday March 3, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. a Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was conducting general patrol in the town of Port Carling when they observed a vehicle travelling on Medora Street in an unsafe manner. A traffic stop was conducted and after an investigation police arrested and charged 53 year-old Corrine Bauer of Port Carling with Operation While Impaired CC 320.14(1)(a), and Over 80 CC 320.14(1)(b).

She will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge, ON on March 22, 2022 to answer to her charges. Furthermore, her driver’s license has been suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded.
