Introducing Chestnut Park’s new Baysville branch | Sponsored by Elissa Boughen, Chestnut Park

Announcing Chestnut Park’s newest Muskoka Branch: 2676 Muskoka Rd 117, Baysville, is the home of our new Lake of Bays office, serving Lake of Bays and the surrounding area.

David Smith, Broker, and I, can be found just west of the Lake of Bays Brewing Co, on the south side of Muskoka Rd 117, in the well-known green building that shares the popular location with Rafters of Muskoka. Signage is up and our doors are open to greet you at the beautiful, newly renovated space.

Chestnut Park has long enjoyed a presence on Lake of Bays. Having a bricks and mortar office in a high-traffic location adds to the ease with which potential buyers and sellers on Lake of Bays and in the Baysville area can stop in to say hello, discuss the current market, and get to know what Chestnut Park Real Estate has to offer.

As an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate and one of Ontario’s leading luxury real estate companies, we have the local area expertise and global connections to serve your real estate needs well.

I grew up largely on Lake of Bays and live full-time overlooking Dwight Bay. David has long been involved in the Bigwin Island community and lives at his cottage on Bigwin during cottage season and in Bracebridge in the off-season. Both of us are knowledgeable regarding the lake, the area and its smaller lakes, and able to serve a wide range of clients looking to buy and sell both primary and secondary residences.
