Passed out driver tagged for impaired

Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to concerns from members of the public about a motorist who was parked at an intersection, not moving, on Wharf Road in Bracebridge on Sunday January 1, 2023 just before 12:15 a.m. Officers arrived quickly and subsequently arrested and charged 52 year-old Amy SNOW of Bracebridge, ON with Operation While Impaired CC 320.14(1)(a) and Over 80 CC 320.14(1)(b). She will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge, ON on January 17, 2023 to answer to her charges.

In all cases where Impaired Driving charges are laid, the accused’s drivers’ licence is suspended for 90 days and their vehicle is impounded.
