The Save South Muskoka Hospital committee are set to deliver their concerns directly to the Bracebridge general committee at their meeting tomorrow.
The group will deliver a 10-minute presentation in which they plan to emphasize the “overwhelming and critical concerns and opposition… to now relegate the South Muskoka hospital to become a small and underserved hospital.”
The group says such a hospital will not deliver health care for south Muskoka’s growing year-round and seasonal population.
The group also says they plan to provide new data and are optimistic they can help deliver a plan that increases beds, staff and services to both sites.
They are also asking the Council to consider expressing their support for the organization.

Save Our Hospital as it says at the Norwood and elsewhere.

I expect all town councillors to adhere to their new ‘clean sign policy’ and to NOT post any signs during their next elections…

Election signs won’t do the present mayor or council any good next time around considering their apparent lack of support for “save south Muskoka” .
