A Gravenhurst rollover could have been much worse, a Bracebridge court heard recently.
Last month, Tanmay Parjapati of Scarborough pled guilty to driving with over 80 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of blood in his system.
Court heard that on July 12, 2023, at 12:21 am, Bracebridge OPP received a call regarding a crash on Southwood Road.
Police arrived and the driver, Parjapati admitted he had rolled the vehicle. The car had four occupants at the time of the accident but no injuries were sustained.
Parjapati ultimately blew over the legal limit and was sentenced to a $1,500 fine and a one-year driving ban.
