Charge laid in Gravenhurst as police investigate missing vehicle

Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one person after locating a vehicle that was reported as taken without consent on April 23, 2023.

On April 23, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., Bracebridge OPP officers began investigating a complaint of a vehicle that had been taken without consent from an address in Bracebridge. Shortly after 11:30 p.m. officers located the vehicle on Muskoka Road South in Gravenhurst. As a result of their investigation, police have charged one occupant of the vehicle, 40-year-old Erin KRAWETZ of Gravenhurst, with Possession of a Schedule I Substance CDSA 4(1). The vehicle was returned to the registered owner. The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on June 6, 2023 to answer to her charge.
