The circumstances surrounding three missing children in Wahta First Nation remain unclear at this time.
Earlier today the OPP issued a call for assistance in the case of three missing children: Josiah (15), Winter (12) and Summer (7). According to police, the children were last seen June 5, 2023 in Wahta Mohawk Territory.
The OPP has confirmed that the children did not wander away from home, nor is this a case of kidnapping. However, the exact details of the situation remain unclear.
A spokesperson for the OPP said they are working on adding some clarity to the situation and will provide an update soon.
