Just before 6 am this morning firefighters from Bala, Torrance, Foots Bay, Walkers Point, Glen Orchard & Port Carling were summoned to a reported structure fire at The KEE to Bala.
Upon arrival officials determined that there was an exterior fire behind Bala Falls Pub adjacent to the kee.
Crews quickly knocked down the flames with a practiced “fast attack”, keeping the fire from burning any structure. No injuries. Loss is estimated at 20k. Investigation is pending.
