Established in 1991 under the ownership of Gary and Joanne Franklin, Bracebridge Yamaha and Equipment Sales has been helping Simcoe-Muskoka families realize their dreams for over 32 years.
Eddy Wong and Robert Brown, best friends and colleagues in the car dealership industry for over 25 years, purchased the dealership in September and have been continuing the legacy of Bracebridge Yamaha and Equipment Sales. They had retired from general management and ownership of many Nissan/ Infiniti dealerships and realized they wanted a new venture to keep them busy. Both loyal Yamaha customers themselves, they embarked on a journey that has already seen many improvements to customer-facing services; renovated building, renovated showroom, new parts department and a new computer system to mention just a few.
All these changes were made possible using local trades like KQ Muskoka Painting, Zone Garage Muskoka, Shora Contracting and Shoreline Electric. The trades were all sourced, referred by customers or are actual customers. Serving and paying back to the community is paramount to Eddy and Robert.
“The last 10 months would not have been possible without the dedication and loyalty of their customers,” says Eddy.
Bracebridge Yamaha continues to be a full-service Yamaha dealership with a sales, parts and service department. While sales are limited to Yamaha products, their parts and service department can handle any make or model. Their powersports offering includes motorcycles, dirt bikes, outboard motors, wave runners, snowmobiles, generators, ATVs, side-by-sides and snowblowers. Something for everyone
Bracebridge Yamaha recently launched the G3 Boat line that will complement their already robust offering. If you are not familiar with them, check out www.g3boats.com or give them a call – they would love to tell you more.
One of the differentiating factors of Bracebridge Yamaha’s service offering is the ability of their friendly staff to assist with sales, parts and service.
As a gesture of sincere thanks, Bracebridge Yamaha will be hosting a Customer Appreciation Day on August 12, 2023 from 10 am to 2 p.m which will include parts and accessories sales, food, games and prizes. ( See ad on Doppler).
“On behalf of Eddy, myself and the whole team at Bracebridge Yamaha, thank you and we look forward to serving you in the future,” says Robert.
