“The old Heritage building. Top floor last two gabled windows was apt. #9 One of 4 top floor apartments that had the dubious distinction of occupancy by one B.C. King Kitty of the Heritage building circa 1984-1988 BC (Bob’s cat) remained after Bob’s eviction & was well known for his pernicious habit of perching atop open doors & assaulting passers-by invading his turf. I happen to be on the receiving end of one such event on a Friday night in 1986 while visiting a friend of mine Robert Conan McAllister who cohabitated with BC at that time.”
