Btw : The picture is later than 1910. Arthur is about 5 years old so that would put the photo at 1914.
The child in the horse is my grandfather Arthur Cox Sr. The lady holding the horse is his sister Elsie Speck. Their mother is Alice Maud (in the background). Elsie is the oldest of eight children and Arthur was the third youngest.
